End of Life Doula

End of Life Doula

Facing the end of life can be overwhelming—for the individual, their family, and caregivers. As part of my counseling services, I offer end-of-life doula support to provide comfort, clarity, and dignity during this sacred time. My role is to serve as a compassionate guide and steady presence, helping families navigate the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of dying with openness and peace.

This support may include:

  • Creating space for meaningful conversations about values, wishes, and fears.

  • Facilitating legacy work such as life reviews, letters, and memory projects that bring healing and connection.

  • Supporting families with vigil planning, ensuring the environment reflects the person’s comfort, traditions, and sense of dignity.

  • Easing caregiver stress and anxiety by offering reassurance, resources, and guidance in decision-making.

  • Providing ongoing emotional support for loved ones before, during, and after the transition.

Unlike medical providers, my role is not to treat or diagnose, but to walk alongside individuals and families as a non-medical support system. I help reduce fear, strengthen resilience, and honor the human experience at the end of life.

End-of-life care is about more than managing symptoms, it is about preserving meaning, presence, and love in life’s final chapter. My commitment is to ensure no family feels alone in this journey and that every individual is supported with compassion, respect, and grace.
